Nutrilite Cycle Support is a dietary supplement that includes chasteberry (18.6 mg) and saffron (18.4 mg) extracts. It also includes grapeseed (30 mg) extract.

How does this product work?
During a normal menstrual cycle, when a woman’s egg is not fertilized, the level of progesterone decreases, leading to temporary abdominal discomfort and breast tenderness. Chasteberry has been shown in clinical trials to help ease normal abdominal discomfort and breast tenderness during a woman’s menstrual cycle when administered for a minimum of two menstrual cycles.
The normal fluctuations of other excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters also contribute to minor, temporary mood swings. Saffron has been shown in clinical trials to help minimize normal minor mood swings during the menstrual cycle when administered for a minimum of two menstrual cycles.

Levels of nutrients are not guaranteed to maintain the potency listed on the label after the expiration date on the bottle. Sensory characteristics such as flavor, odor and texture are not guaranteed past the expiration date.
How should this product be stored?
No refrigeration necessary. It is best to store the product in a cool, dry place. Heat and humidity with the cap open will cause rapid degradation. The recommended storage temperature for optimal shelf life is 25°C (78°F). Temperatures above 25°C (78°F) may cause degradation with the container tightly closed. Oxidation will also occur when the container is open. Exposure to light will cause the natural colors to fade over time.
