I wanted to try this product along with Slimmetry. I also slowly upped the dose of this product. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and I started just taking one pill with each meal but now I take two pills 3x a day before my meals. I can tell the difference when I weigh myself on my weekly day. I’m not all that fond about the carnauba wax in this even though it’s the last ingredient on the list. There doesn’t seem to be a reason why it’s needed? I’m definitely not fond of the sodium carboxymethylcellulose hence the minus star.

I truly enjoy my sweets and carbs and this vitamin has helped me from overindulging as well as blocking up 500 calories from carbs or sweets that I do intake! I have used it during weight loss journeys as well as just to maintain current weight. I do wish Amway would come out with a blister pack of this product so I could keep it in multiple locations all the time. I would have one in my desk at work, one in my gym bag, one in my purse, and one in my vitamin cabinet!!!! Pretty much anywhere I would come in contact with carbs!

I bought this about a month ago! I have been able to take this and not binge eat. its really helping me not feel bloated all the time. I am controlling what I am eating and also taking this at the same time! definately my go to! I take this with the slymmettry, which helps me as well. I definately recommend this. However- this does not help you get skinny over night, this is a mental and

physical process that a person needs to constatly stay on top of. I hope I am able to reach the body I want by the end of the winter. Let’s see what happens.
